Marin Bikes

ELEVATING DESIGN

During a four-year tenure with Marin Bikes, significant efforts were dedicated to both designing bike graphics and refining marketing strategies. Each year, the product line featured 100-150 bikes, ranging from kids’ bikes to road and mountain bikes. Every touchpoint, including fork, wheel, seat, and component graphics, was meticulously designed in-house to ensure a cohesive and distinctive look.

Close collaboration with manufacturing partners was essential to managing production details. Despite the complexities of this large-scale international project, production dates were consistently met and even advanced by 4-6 months to align with industry schedules. This proactive approach garnered positive feedback from consumers and distributors, who praised the enhanced aesthetics of the bikes.

As part of the rebrand, we designed new global trade show environments, such as the booth for Eurobike in Germany. This welcoming booth featured Northern California touches, constructed from redwood and aluminum, and showcased the Marin line with desaturated images of the Marin Headlands and Golden Gate Bridge to keep the focus on the bikes. The open floor layout allowed passersby to see all the way to the welcome desk at the back, creating an inviting atmosphere. This new design was well-received globally, with plans to extend it into retail environments.

This project highlighted our commitment to design excellence and strategic management, reinforcing Marin Bikes’ reputation in the industry.
