Jenson USA transitioned from a discount outdoor retailer to a top destination for cycling enthusiasts nationwide, with the goal of becoming “America’s Bike Shop.” As Creative Director, I led efforts to redefine the brand, focusing on realigning its identity to resonate deeply with the cycling community. This involved refreshing the visual identity, redesigning consumer touchpoints, and launching targeted marketing campaigns that showcased Jenson USA’s passion for cycling.
The rebranding successfully transformed Jenson USA’s market perception, positioning the company as a premier authority in cycling. The strategic campaigns and cohesive design led to increased brand recognition, firmly establishing Jenson USA as “America’s Bike Shop” and setting the foundation for sustained growth and industry leadership.
